    Our first introduction from DAKAR, JAMES JOYCE embodies the dark tones of the heart of Africa. This beautiful large black red is unusual for both its size and flatness. Most dark colors tend to be on smaller flowers. JAMES JOYCE is also distinctive in having a green silver edge and a deep glowing green throat.

    JAMES JOYCE has impeccable plant habit and excellent plant balance. A wonderful flower which shows great next to some of the paler pastels and cream yellows.

    Easily fertile both ways and a great parent for green edged purples
