 OPEN SEASON is the best, most ruffled, gaudy red introduced to-date.  Luddy this is the red you were asking about.  OPEN SEASON has an absolutely wild face, always opening perfectly, even on cold nights.  OPEN SEASON is basically a true stunner, though she is DORMANT here in Florida, she is still one of our best re-bloomers, blooming nonstop until October.  The wide nearly 5” petals have big angel wings and are very heavily ruffled in yellow/gold.  It’s quite a sight to see this big wild red daylily rising tall above the lacy low arching foliage.  The red to get for the red daylily breeder.  Fertile both ways.  Very Limited
