*AERIAL DISPLAY

*AERIAL DISPLAY (Stamile,P.) TET 251-N [(Moonlit Masquerade x Tetra Rainbow Spangles) X Tetra Marked By Lydia] 43” EERe. Ev. fr. emo. 9 ½” x 1 ¾” x ¾”. 14” wingspan. Cascading spider. Spider ratio 4.0:1. 5-way branching. 25 buds. Strong erect scapes.  I have bloomed a good many seedlings from this cross and AERIAL DISPLAY has always been my personal favorite. It is something about the very large size of this flower – 14” if stretched out, 9 ½” as it naturally stands and the gentle cascading presentation of the flowers that make it so beautiful. AERIAL DISPLAY can be described as a yellow with a maroon red eyezone but it is the clarity of color and striking contrast that make this flower one of the boldest in the garden. A great parent for chevron and patterned eye spiders. But alas, I have never gotten a pod on it. To my knowledge, it is pollen fertile only.
