*GREEN ILLUSION (Stamile,P.) TET 133-E (Green Mystique x Amish Linen)  29” ERe. emo. Ev. 5 ½” x 3 ¼” x 2”.  6-way branching (3 laterals + terminal “W”). 30-35 buds.
    I wanted to call this gorgeous chartreuse with a green knobby edge “Knob Hill” but unfortunately the name was already taken. The combination of the greenish knobs, chartreuse green color and olive green throat makes this daylily unique. Add early bloom, incredible branching and long season of bloom and you have one wonderful addition to the garden. Plant habit and plant proportions are excellent. While not green by any stretch, GREEN ILLUSION is the first daylily to extend the green wash of GREEN MYSTIQUE to give the overall illusion of green in a very fancy flower. Fertile both ways.
