This one always seems to stop folks in their tracks. I am not sure whether it is the large size, one of the largest purples we have done, the very clear color or the lacquered almost painted on edge in chartreuse gold. Whatever draw this flower has, it has been eagerly sought and waited for.     The flowers themselves are very flat and have good substance. The flowers, at first scapes, bloom just at the top of the foliage. Rebloom scapes are perfect blooming well above the leaves. Please order early as I suspect it will sell out fast. Fertile both ways.
