3-way branching. 27-35 buds. The color on this slide is not correct.
It should be a bright burnt orange with a red eye and red edge. The
slide looks much duller and less orange than the flower in the garden.
The name “Land Of Fire” was intended to imply both the brightness and heat
of this flower. You will note that the flower has only 3-way branching
but up to 35 buds. This is because each terminal branch has bud-building
qualities. I do not know if anyone is breeding for this indeterminent
bloom but TIERRA DEL FUEGO would be a good flower to use. Easily fertile
both ways.
