*PRECIOUS CANDY (Stamile,P.) TET 3143-A (Rock Solid x Zahadoom)  30” ERe. emo. Ev.       5” x 2 ½” x 2 ¼”.  5-way branching (3 laterals + terminal “Y”). 30-35 buds.
    ROCK SOLID and ZAHADOOM! What a magical cross giving me THE BAND PLAYED ON, PRECIOUS CANDY and SHERRY CANDY. I wish all my crosses could be as productive as this one. PRECIOUS CANDY is a gorgeous lavender with a blue lavender eye and edge bordered in silver or gold. ZAHADOOM seems to be able to throw everything possible in an eye from blue to black and everything in between. I crossed PRECIOUS CANDY  and BIT OF BLUE and got one of my prime breeders, 5201, which like PRECIOUS CANDY has multiple edge colors. Great plant habit and a wonderful addition to the Candy family. Easily fertile both ways. Named for the daylily world’s own “Precious” Tony Thompson from Alabama.
