This dark burgundy-red flower is always consistently dark in color showing off a velvety texture to petals. The sepals have a lighter lavender cast. A nicely ruffled wire gold edge contrasts the darker petal colors. The sepals also showoff a wire white-gold edge. Both the petals and sepals are very thick substanced.
