Toronto Painters

This room was full of small holes in the walls and had only been painted twice in 30 years. Originally a dark blue in color with dark brown parque flooring, the room gave the feel of being very small. We decided to open it up with the north and south walls as well as the trim and ceiling being painted in eggshell white, and the smaller walls in a lighter brown. This opened the room up giving it a much larger feel to it.

The client had purchased too much brown paint and after seeing how much larger the bedroom appeared decided to use the same color scheme in the living room. Starting with the flooring we covered the dark brown parque with a maple colored laminate flooring. We then painted the smaller east and west walls in the light brown color. The remaining longer walls and ceiling were then painted in eggshell white. The coffee table was originally black, so we painted the wood in the same color as the east and west walls.
